Before you start
Install Opsyo: Install Opsyo on Windows. Have your AI ready: a Claude or Codex account, or an API key.
The first launch asks for a few things; only the AI is needed for a first video. Sign-in, voice, library and the tour can be skipped and done later in Settings.
1. Connect your AI
Settings → AI (or the AI step of the first launch): sign in with your Claude or Codex account, or paste an API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, xAI). The key stays on your computer.
2. Describe the video
On the main screen, write what you want in the chat, in plain words. Say the format (9:16, 1:1 or 16:9), the length and the text that must be in it. For example: "A 10-second vertical promo for a coffee shop, warm colours, the text Fresh every morning".
You can also pick a style first: the styles gallery shows each one moving.
3. Answer and approve the plan
The agent may ask one or two questions (the name, the tone) and then shows a short plan of the video. Read it and press "Approve and start", or tell it what to change.
While it builds, the scenes, music and sounds appear on the timeline one by one. The first video takes a few minutes; when the agent needs you, the chat says so.
4. Change anything
Play the preview. Click any layer on the timeline to change its text, colour, timing or sound by hand, or ask the agent in the chat ("make the title bigger", "slower ending").
5. Export
Export the video in the format you need. The render runs on your PC (hardware encoding on NVIDIA cards), with no queue and no upload.
On the Free plan a video carries a small watermark; paid plans export without it. See plans and pricing.
Tips
- Short and concrete prompts work best: what, for whom, how long, which text.
- One project gives every format: change 16:9 to 9:16 and the layout follows.
- Not what you expected? Say so in the chat; the agent changes the project, it does not start over.
