Install

Opsyo runs on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit); Mac is coming later. Download the Windows installer from opsyo.com/download and run it.

The installer is not signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen may show "Windows protected your PC". Choose "More info", then "Run anyway".

Sign in

Press "Sign in" in the app: a browser opens, sign in there (email and password, or Google) and return to Opsyo.

Forgot the password? Use the reset page. The email comes from noreply@opsyo.com; check Spam.

Where AI keys go

In the app, Opsyo works on your own Claude or Codex account or on your own API key. Settings → AI: Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, xAI. Voice: Settings → Voice (off by default).

A subscription such as Claude or ChatGPT works in the desktop app only. Video creation is in the Opsyo app for PC; on the web: your LUTs, styles and profile, plus My videos, where you watch from your storage the videos you made in the PC app. A key you enter on the web is stored only in your browser and does not reach our servers.

The key is stored on your computer. Never send it to anyone, including us.

Opsyo does not sell ElevenLabs voices or credits. Connect your own ElevenLabs account; ElevenLabs is a trademark of its owner and Opsyo is not affiliated with it.

License and plan

Paid but the plan is not active? Sign out and in again with the email you bought with, then send us the order number from your receipt.

Free plan limits

With your own AI account or key, Free makes up to 5 videos and up to 10 posts a month, with a watermark; posts are counted apart from the videos.

Opsyo credits

Credits are not on sale yet. If and when Opsyo offers them, they would pay for the AI model and, if Opsyo offers a cloud render, that render (only if you render in the cloud); voice-over never spends credits (it uses the Windows voices or your own voice key); rendering on your computer costs no credits. Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Packs are valid for 12 months; monthly Pro credits until the end of the next month (at most 1,248 unused) and they expire when the paid period ends after you cancel Pro.

Cloud files: how long they stay

Cloud storage is being introduced in stages. Where it is available: on the paid plans each file is kept for 180 days from the last activity with it (press "Renew" to add 180 more), on Free for 180 days too. We email you 30, 7 and 1 day before deletion (one email a day at most); deleted files stay in a trash for 7 days. If we cannot reach you by email, we do not delete. Files on your computer are never touched. Details: Terms, section 8.

Cancel a subscription

Standard, Pro and Team: cancel in your account, or with the link in the seller's receipt (our reseller Freemius is the Merchant of Record), or write to us. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Report gallery content

Use the "Report" button on the item. The rules are in Community rules.

Who can download from the gallery

Anyone can browse the community gallery and watch previews. A Free account can download or import into the app 3 items by other people a month; Standard, Pro, Team and Founder have no such limit. Publishing needs Standard, Pro, Team or Founder. You can upgrade in your account.
